EB-1A Requirements for Immigration to the United States

 

No educational qualifications are required. A contract can be signed if the following three conditions are met:

 

(1) At least two national or international awards

(2) Members of at least two national or international associations

(3) At least two personal interviews with mainstream media outlets in different countries or internationally

(4) Experience as a reviewer for at least two national or international journals, a competition judge, or a conference speaker

(5) At least two original contributions (applied patents, implemented industry standards, and completed scientific research projects)

(6) Publish at least 5 papers in national or international academic journals with a citation count of over 100

(7) At least two national or international exhibitions of works

(8) Hold important positions in well-known enterprises or institutions within the industry

The EB-1A Immigration Application process
