Us EB-1C Multinational Executive Immigration application process

 

1. Prepare materials - Collect materials from applicants, Chinese companies and American companies, organize and translate them, and have lawyers write application documents, etc. (6-8 months)

 

2. Submit I-140 - Submit the complete set of documents to the immigration office

 

3.I140 Approval - Receiving 140 approval Letter (3-12 months, expedited 15 working days)

 

4. Submit NVC - NVC process at a U.S. consulate outside the United States or 1-485 approval by the U.S. Immigration Bureau (6-8 months)
